Boys.... girls.... or women! Gymnastics classes are available for everyone at all levels.
Whether you participate purely for leisure or have a more competitive spirit, we'll find just the right class for you. Lessons are available for children ages 2 and up.

Recreational Program
All recreational gymnastics programs are offered in English, French or Bilingual at a variety of times throughout the week. Check out the schedules below for specific details on class times and language of instruction.

Kindergym
(Girls & Boys) |
Parented and non-parented classes for girls and boys ages 18 months to 4 years. These programs provide children with an introduction to the sport of gymnastics through experimentation on all apparatus. |

A class for girls from 5 - 7 years of age. Two levels of classes are offered (beginner to intermediate and beginner to advanced.) |

Advanced Recreational (Girls) |
Lessons available for girls ages 5 - 12 years. There are different classes for the younger and older girls. A pre-requisite of coach selection exists for this class. |

An intermediate to advanced class for boys and girls. A pre-requisite of being able to hold a handstand for 4 seconds exists for this class. |

Regional Competitive
The Regional Competitive Stream consists of our girls teams whom train from 4 hours a week up to 12 hours per week. Children are selected for this team from any of our current classes as well as through a try out session.
Provincial Competitive
Selection for the Provincial gymnastics team is made by the senior team coaches. Girls and boys may be chosen from any of our current classes as well as through a try out session. The provincial stream athletes train a minimum of 12 hrs per week.
Masters Program
Who says gymnastics is only for kids!
Our “Masters” gymnastics program for men and women allows former and new athletes to the sport to compete for fun with other individuals who have enjoyed gymnastics over the years. Classes are run once weekly for 3 hours. Individuals can join at any time and have the option to pay as you go. Qualified instructors are on hand to help with skill development, spotting and routine choreography.
Classes are on Wednesdays from 6-9pm.
